Here are the details of the O'Neill loyalty program
- For each order you place with O'Neill you earn 4% loyalty rewards which you can apply towards future orders with O'Neill
- E.g. If your order total is $100 including taxes, you will receive $4.00 in loyalty balance towards your next order
- After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the amount you earned on your recent order. The balance will be made available to you on a gift card that you can enter at checkout when you place your next order
- Your loyalty balance is valid for 12 months
When will my loyalty balance be made available to use?
- Your loyalty balance will be available to use 30 days after placing your order
- You will receive an email to let you know your loyalty balance is now available for use
How do I apply my loyalty balance?
- After placing an order, you need to wait 30 days before you can use the loyalty points you earned
- After 30 days you will get an email containing your loyalty gift card code and your available balance
- To use your balance on a new order, proceed to the checkout page of our website and enter your loyalty gift card code to apply your balance
What happens to my loyalty balance if I return my order?
- Your loyalty balance will be removed for any returned orders
Will my loyalty balance expire?
- Your loyalty balance is valid for 12 months following the date of your most recent order
- You will receive an email reminding you if your points are nearing the expiry date
- To ensure you don't lose your loyalty balance, make sure to spend your balance within 12 months
I can't locate my loyalty gift card code or my available balance. What should I do?
- You should be able to locate this information in an email from us. Search for an email sent from oneillcanada.com with the subject "Your Loyalty Balance is Ready!"
- If you cannot locate the email, contact our customer service team and they will assist you
