Most customers receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing the checkout process, however please allow up to 2 hours for the order confirmation email to be received.
If you have still not received your order confirmation email after more than 2 hours, search your inbox for an email from customerservice@oneillcanada.com and check your spam folder.
The most common reason for not receiving the order confirmation email is due to an accidental typo in the email address.
If you cannot locate your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will gladly resend the order confirmation and/or update the email address on file.
