All products except wetsuits and clearance products
- 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect, we will replace the product with same item or a similar item if we no longer have the original item in stock.
- If you received a defective product, please contact us to process a warranty claim. Make sure to include your order number and pictures of the defect in your correspondence. Damages from normal wear and tear are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- For warranty claims more than 30 days after the date of purchase, the customer is responsible the shipping cost to receive the replacement item.

Clearance products
- Clearance products are covered against manufacturing defects, however any defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
- In the event of a defect, we will replace the product or issue a refund if we no longer have the product in stock.
Wetsuits products
- The warranty for wetsuit products is provided by O'Neill Wetsuits LLC which is a separate company from O'Neill Canada. They offer a 1 year warranty on wetsuit products.

If you did not purchase your product from our online store, you must contact the store where you bought the item. We cannot process warranty claims for any items that were not purchased on oneillcanada.com.
