If you return an item for a refund to your credit card, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund once the items are received in our warehouse and verified.
After you receive the e-mail confirmation of the refund, it can take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If after 3 to 5 business days you do not see the refund, please contact us.
