Information regarding the ongoing Canada Post strike

Will my order be delayed due to the ongoing Canada Post strike?

  • O'Neill Canada is currently shipping with alternative carriers including Canpar and UPS. New orders placed are shipping immediately and will not be delayed. If you live in a rural area, add 1-2 extra business days to our normal delivery times.
  • If you placed an order in the week prior to the start of the Canada Post strike which began on November 15, 2024, it is possible your order is being held by Canada Post and will be delivered following the end of the Canada Post strike.

I can't submit a return / exchange during the Canada Post strike and I may miss the 30-day return window. What should I do?

  • All orders with an outstanding return request will be accepted following the end of the Canada Post strike. However, make sure you submit an return request on our returns portal without delay. Only orders with an outstanding return request will be accepted following the 30-day return window.

I need to exchange an item and I cannot wait until the Canada Post strike to end. What should I do?

  • We recommend you place a new order for the items you would like to receive. After doing so, send us an e-mail so we can rush ship your order!
  • At the same time, submit an return request for your original order so you may get a refund once Canada Post resumes service.

Can I send my return items back to you using a different carrier during the Canada Post strike?

  • Yes, you can send us your return items using a different carrier. For the time being, O'Neill cannot provide return labels for carriers other than Canada Post. However you are more than welcome to purchase your own label from a different carrier. Please contact our customer service team if you are interested in this option.
